Tourism Industry Leaders to Take Part in
the Canadian Sustainable Tourism Advisory Council

TIAC is pleased to announce the members of the newly-formed Canadian Sustainable Tourism Advisory Council (CSTAC). This consultative committee will provide input, advice and guidance on a number of forthcoming sustainable tourism initiatives, including the establishment of accreditation programs and the Canadian Charter for Sustainable Tourism.

"We are thrilled by the depth of knowledge and the variety of backgrounds of the participants on the Advisory Council," said TIAC President and CEO Randy Williams. "Ensuring that Canada preserves its natural heritage and lives up to its reputation as a green destination is a top priority for the tourism industry, and this group of experts will unquestionably help us move towards attaining this goal."
